Powered Machine

The fact that you are seeing the Red icon means that there is no communication between your Embroidery Machine and the 4D Device Drivers on your computer.

In order to get your 4D software communicating with your Embroidery Machine, we cannot assume anything - so we have to cover all possibilities


Is your machine powered on?

Yes:

Then you will need to Check USB cable.

No:

1. Ensure that the power cable is connected to your embroidery machine
2. Your power cable is connected to your power outlet.
3. Ensure that your Embroidery Machine is powered on.

When your Embroidery Machine is powered on, you will need to check your USB cable.
