Everyone loves the enhancements and new features in the recent Designer Diamond update! However, we have found the width is not limited correctly in the twin needle setting.

Please load the Designer Diamond version 3274-5177 now available on SmartUpdate.

As a registered user, you can download the update from our Smart Update system as follows.

• Connect your Designer Diamond to your computer and ensure the Designer Diamond tray icon is active (the icon on the bottom right of your computer screen is white). If the Designer Diamond communication icon is not active it may be started from 4D Configure.
• Ensure that you have a working Internet connection and then go to 4D Configure and click on Smart Update. You will then be offered the update.

Please be aware that all user data will be lost during this update. If desired, copy these files to an Embroidery Stick before updating your machine.
